What you will do:
Answer a high volume of incoming calls and live chats relating to tires and other automotive services Engage in upbeat conversations with customers to gain insight into their needs and provide solutions Discuss product features and pricing options Process orders and schedule appointments Effectively utilize POS software and phone systems to service customers Recommend repairs & products and manufacturer recommended maintenance Maintain product knowledge and attend continuing training sessions Support and achieve individual and team sales objectives Qualified candidates will have:
Call center experience and/or automotive service industry experience Strong customer service background Excellent sales skills Professional problem-solving techniques Excellent computer skills Ability to multi-task, using multiple computer applications simultaneously Strong verbal and written communications skills Upbeat and friendly attitude Acceptable MVR, Background, and Pre-Employment Drug Screening Full-Time
